Accountability Groups are a great way to focus on building healthy habits with a fun group of people. Choose between the standard group or the group with custom macros (custom spots are limited). All participants are part of a private Facebook group offering daily encouragement, accountability, habit coaching, recipes, and workouts. Custom participants will receive a custom macro plan and four week meal plan in addition to the standard group features.
