I’ve been passionate about movement my entire life. From t-ball and track to cross country and ultimate frisbee, sports were my foundation. As an adult, that love evolved into a deeper appreciation for balance, strength, and well-being. I’ve had the joy of coaching high school teams, leading Girls on the Run, and teaching strength, PiYo, Insanity, foam rolling, deep stretch, and Pilates at the YMCA.
These days, my focus is on lifting heavy, yoga, walking, mobility work, and cycling — sustainable practices that support energy, strength, and longevity. As a Precision Nutrition-certified coach, personal trainer, and group fitness instructor, I’ve shared my knowledge through accountability groups, custom training plans, and community support for over twenty years.
You might think staying active has always been easy for me, but life has included plenty of pauses — from surgeries and injuries to raising two children and navigating life’s curveballs, including divorce and single parenting. I’ve had to stop and start many times, but I always come back to the same truth: taking care of myself helps me take better care of everyone else.
Movement is medicine, but rest and recovery matter just as much. My goal is to help others discover their own version of balance — one step at a time.
Most recently, I’ve dedicated my energy to building and leading an empowering online space for women navigating the menopausal transition. Through structured training plans, education, and community support, we focus on strength, resilience, and connection. Whether you’re brand new to exercise or starting again, there’s a place for you here.
Let’s move, rest, lift, laugh, and feel better — together.

Real. Relatable. Results-driven.
When someone asks what I do, the official answer sounds something like this: “I work one-on-one or in group settings, using proven coaching techniques to help people reach their nutritional health and wellness goals.”
But let’s be honest—that doesn’t even begin to capture why I do this work.
I coach because I’ve been there. I know what it’s like to feel stuck, overwhelmed, and disconnected from the healthiest version of yourself. I’ve faced the hard stuff—the yo-yo diets, the health setbacks, the emotional rollercoaster—and I’ve come out stronger on the other side.
Growing up, I was active: soccer, ballet, martial arts, skiing, co-ed softball—you name it. But despite my activity level, my weight was always a struggle. In my 40s, I found myself over 200 pounds and unable to get off the couch without effort. I couldn’t keep up with my kids or my life, and I hit a low point—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
I tried all the fad diets, all the quick fixes. And like so many people, I was left feeling disappointed, defeated, and stuck in a frustrating cycle. Eventually, I discovered some underlying health issues contributing to the weight gain—but the real turning point was realizing that even when I thought I was eating “right,” I was missing some of the most important basics.
That wake-up call sparked a two-year transformation, where I learned to fuel my body, move with purpose, and truly take care of my whole self—mind, body, and spirit. I lost 130 pounds, and I’ve kept it off for over a decade. More importantly, I gained back me—my energy, my confidence, and my joy.
And I didn’t do it by swearing off birthday cake or skipping every BBQ. I did it through balance, self-compassion, and building habits that last.
As your coach, I bring all of that experience with me—not just the knowledge, but the heart. I’ll meet you where you are, and walk beside you as you move toward where you want to be. We’ll cry together if we need to. We’ll celebrate the wins—big and small. And yes, we’ll learn together, and probably laugh a lot too.
Because I’m not just your coach. I’m your partner, your cheerleader, and someone who truly gets it.
Let’s do this—together.
